Refund policy
Here at Desert Highway we hope you are always happy with your purchase.
Nevertheless, if any of the products don’t meet your expectations such as it wasn’t the right size, color, style, or there was anything wrong with it please read our return/exchange policy below.

We accept returns within 10 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange (minus the shipping fee). We will not accept anything after these 10 days, no exceptions!
This excludes clearance/sale items, hats and jewelry which are final sale and cannot be returned. If we receive an item that was marked final sale or is jewelry it will be sent back to the customer at the cost/expense of the customer.
We also apologize for the inconvenience but we do not provide free shipping & handling on returns so you as the customer must provide this. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
If you wish to do an exchange, you must return your unwanted item back to us. You can do that by emailing us at deserthighwayboutique@gmail.com and we will email you a return label. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card (minus the shipping fee). You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
Merchandise must be returned with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the packing slip inside.
If you received merchandise that is damaged or defected, please contact us within 5 days of the packages original delivery date and we will take care of the problem.
